By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Cubicle Square app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

- Seat availability checking and reservation management

- Notifications for booking confirmations and reminders
- Venue information and amenity details
Service Limitations
- Availability depends on partner venue capacity and policies
- We do not guarantee seat availability at any time
- Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
- Some features may require premium subscription
3. User Account and Registration
Account Requirements
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information promptly
- Use a valid email address for account verification and communications
- Choose a secure password and keep it confidential
- Verify your identity through student/professional ID when required
Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Do not share your account credentials with others
- One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
- Keep your contact information updated for important notifications
4. Booking Terms and Policies
Reservation Rules
- Booking Limits: Maximum of 3 active bookings per user at any time
- Advance Booking: Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance
- Duration Limits: Maximum 8 hours per booking session
- Check-in Requirement: Must check in within 15 minutes of booking start time
- Late Arrival: Bookings may be cancelled if check-in is more than 15 minutes late
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 1 hour before booking start time
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 1 hour may incur fees
- No-Show Policy: Failure to check in results in automatic cancellation
- Repeated No-Shows: 3+ no-shows may result in booking restrictions
- Emergency Cancellations: Contact support for exceptional circumstances
Waitlist and Rebooking
- Join waitlists for fully booked time slots
- Automatic notifications when seats become available
- Waitlist positions are first-come, first-served
- Automatic rebooking available for recurring reservations
5. Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees
- Free Tier: Limited daily bookings with basic features
- Premium Subscription: Monthly/annual plans with enhanced features
- Pay-Per-Use: Individual booking fees for premium locations
- Late Cancellation Fees: Applied for cancellations within 1 hour
- No-Show Fees: May apply after repeated no-shows
Payment Processing
- Payments processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal)
- All prices include applicable taxes and fees
- Subscription auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Refunds processed according to our refund policy
- Payment disputes handled through designated support channels
Refund Policy
- Full refund for cancellations more than 1 hour in advance
- Partial refunds may apply for technical issues or venue closures
- Subscription refunds prorated for unused time periods
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

- Follow all venue rules and policies during your visit
- Respect other users and venue staff
- Keep your reserved seat clean and in good condition
- Report any issues or damages immediately
Prohibited Activities
- Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or sharing credentials
- System Manipulation: Attempting to circumvent booking limits or policies
- False Information: Providing incorrect or misleading registration details
- Reselling: Transferring or selling bookings to third parties
- Disruptive Behavior: Activities that disturb other users or venue operations
- Technical Interference: Hacking, reverse engineering, or system exploitation
- Commercial Use: Using the Service for unauthorized business purposes
7. Venue Partner Relationships
Cubicle Square partners with libraries and co-working spaces to provide booking services. Important notes:
- Each venue maintains its own rules, policies, and operating hours
- Venue policies supersede Cubicle Square policies when on-site
- We are not responsible for venue-specific issues or disputes
- Venue closures or changes may affect your bookings
- Direct venue complaints should be addressed to venue management
- We facilitate bookings but do not control venue operations
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Cubicle Square's Rights
- All app content, features, and functionality are owned by Cubicle Square
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property
- Software code, algorithms, and technical implementations are proprietary
- User interfaces, designs, and graphics are copyrighted materials
User Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, feedback)
- You grant us license to use your content for Service improvement
- We may display user reviews and ratings publicly
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submitted content
9. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Account Termination

- You may delete your account at any time through app settings
- Active bookings will be cancelled upon account deletion
- Subscription refunds handled according to our refund policy
- Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes
Termination by Cubicle Square
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Repeated no-shows or policy violations may result in restrictions
- Fraudulent activity or abuse will result in immediate termination
- We will provide notice when possible, except for severe violations
- Suspended users may appeal through our support channels
