We started with a simple problem: students walk to a library or reading room only to find it full, and owners still track seats, members, and fees on paper or spreadsheets. Cubicle Square connects both sides, so a seat can be found and paid for before anyone leaves home.

Why we built it
Seat booking for libraries and coworking, done properly
Self-study libraries and reading rooms are how many students in India prepare for competitive exams, and coworking desks are how many freelancers work. Both run on fixed seats and monthly fees, yet most spaces have no way to show live availability or take bookings online.
Cubicle Square shows live seat maps and takes payment in the app. Cubicle Square Partners gives owners booking control, member and renewal tracking, digital payments, and occupancy analytics across one or many branches. We launched in Rajasthan and are adding spaces across India.
