• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a space.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you.
• We may suspend or restrict access if account information appears inaccurate, unauthorized, or fraudulent.

Seat and Space Reservations

• Bookings are subject to availability, venue rules, operating hours, and confirmation through the app or website.
• A booking grants limited access to the selected workspace or seat for the confirmed time period only.
• You must check in and check out according to the instructions provided for the venue.
• Venue partners may refuse access when required for safety, verification, capacity, or policy reasons.

Changes and Cancellations

• Cancellation windows, refunds, credits, or rescheduling options may vary by venue, plan, offer, or booking type.
• Repeated no-shows, misuse of bookings, or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
• We may cancel or modify a booking due to operational issues, safety concerns, venue closure, or incorrect listing information.

• Use Cubicle Square only for lawful, personal, educational, or professional workspace purposes.
• Follow all venue policies, safety instructions, community rules, and staff directions.
• Respect other users, venue staff, property, equipment, and shared facilities.
• Do not misuse QR codes, access passes, subscriptions, promotional offers, or booking privileges.
• Do not upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or reverse engineer our systems.

• Prices, plans, taxes, and fees are shown before payment where applicable.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and their own terms may apply.
• You authorize us or our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for confirmed purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and applicable fees.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after a booking has been used or the cancellation window has passed.
• We may update pricing, plans, or promotional offers from time to time.

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create safety risks, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the available account deletion process.
• Termination does not remove payment obligations, venue obligations, or rights and responsibilities that reasonably survive account closure.

• Services are provided on an as-available basis, and availability may vary by location, venue, internet access, and operational conditions.
• We do not guarantee that every venue, seat, amenity, or feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Venue photos, descriptions, amenities, and operating details are provided for convenience and may change over time.

• We may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.
• Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, email, or other reasonable notice.
• Continued use of the services after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
